As ARCHEON TECHNOLOGY AND TRADING - FZCO, we prioritize the security of your personal data and process it in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Through this notice, we aim to inform you about the purpose of processing your personal data, legal grounds, collection methods, the parties to whom your data may be transferred, and your rights.

Source and Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed pursuant to Article 5/2-f of the KVKK (“it is compulsory to process the data for the legitimate interests of the data controller”) and with your explicit consent. Furthermore, this data is collected due to legal obligations and for the development of the Company’s internal activities.

Application Procedure and Principles

Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may submit any requests regarding your rights through the communication channels provided at the bottom of this Agreement.
Your applications will be concluded free of charge within the shortest possible time, and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Rights of the Data Subject

According to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request its correction, deletion, or destruction. You also have the right to question whether the data is processed in line with its purpose and to learn about any third parties to whom your data has been transferred.

Our Company will respond to the following requests:

  • Learning which personal data is processed
  • Requesting correction of the data
  • Requesting deletion or destruction of the data
  • Objecting to any adverse outcome deriving from automated systems processing your data
  • Requesting a copy of your personal data
